At Suparv, we are committed to delivering your products securely and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we manage the shipment and delivery of your orders.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays).

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp through Shiprocket.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Charges (Per Order)

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and delivery location:

For Orders Up to 500gms:

Within Maharashtra: ₹100

Outside Maharashtra (excluding Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast States): ₹100

Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast States: ₹135

For Orders Above 500gms:

Within Maharashtra: ₹125

Outside Maharashtra (excluding Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast States): ₹150

Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast States: ₹175

Note: Flat shipping rates are applied per order, not per individual product. We encourage customers to consolidate multiple items into a single order to optimize shipping costs.


Delivery Timelines

The estimated delivery date will be available through the Shiprocket tracking link provided at dispatch.

General delivery timelines are as follows:

Standard Locations: 7–8 business days

Remote or Rural Areas (including Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast States): 8–12 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier operations, weather conditions, and regional holidays.


Delivery Attempts and Re-shipping

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts.

If the package is returned due to non-acceptance, incorrect address, or unavailability, re-shipping charges will be applicable for re-dispatch.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

In cases where orders are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, re-delivery will only be arranged after the customer bears the additional shipping costs.
