Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Suparv, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to assist you should you encounter any issues with your purchase.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your product.
The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
You may exchange the product for another item of the same or higher value (any price difference must be paid).
A nominal exchange fee of ₹100 will apply.
Customers are responsible for securely shipping the item back to us at their own expense.
The Order ID and phone number must be clearly mentioned on the return package.
The replacement product will be shipped only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note: We do not offer refunds against exchanges.
Damaged Product Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item:
An unedited, continuous video of the entire unboxing process (from opening the tamper-proof packaging) must be recorded.
The video must clearly show the condition of both the package and the product at the time of unboxing.
This video must be emailed to info@thesuparv.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process damage claims.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at info@thesuparv.com or through WhatsApp at +91 72767 91537.
Refunds on Cancellations
Upon approval of a cancellation request, we will initiate the refund immediately.
A 5% deduction will be applied to cover payment gateway and administrative fees.
The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
No refunds are provided for returns or exchanges.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and details prior to placing an order.
Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties involved.
