Shipping is calculated per order (not per item). Here’s a quick breakdown: Under 500g: ₹100 across India (except J&K and Northeast: ₹135) Above 500g: ₹125 (Maharashtra), ₹150 (other states), ₹175 (J&K & Northeast) We always encourage customers to combine items for better value on shipping!

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email through Shiprocket. The link will show you real-time updates. Delivery usually takes 7–8 working days within Maharashtra and 8–12 working days for other regions.

We’re here to help — but we do request one thing: please record a clear, unedited video while unboxing the tamper-proof packaging. This video is essential to verify damages and process a replacement quickly.

You can initiate an exchange within 2 days of receiving your product. Choose any other item of the same or higher value. Just ensure the product is in new condition with all packaging intact. A ₹100 exchange fee applies, and the customer bears the return shipping cost. We’ll ship your new item once the original is received and inspected.

Orders can only be cancelled before they’re shipped. If cancelled in time, we’ll initiate a refund (after deducting a 5% cancellation fee). Refunds typically take 2–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment method.
